Delivery Method
Upon receipt of payment, the end-user will have online access to the courses or plans purchased. Any hard-copy courses or plans purchased will be shipped using a common carrier and a tracking number will be provided via email.

Refund Policy
OSHA Compliance Made Easy, Inc. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We have made every effort to ensure that our courses and materials are straight-forward, easy-to-use and cost-effective. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@oshaez.com and provide your order number and the reason you are not satisfied. Refunds will be issued except where a course has been completed. There will be no refunds given if a course has been completed or a test has been taken.
